These terms of use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MY POCKET mobile application and related services provided by MY POCKET PT LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of the Services & Lending Partners
MY POCKET is a personal finance utility, contract analysis tool, and independent loan aggregator operating in India.
Lending Disclaimer: MY POCKET PT LTD is NOT a lender, bank, or credit issuer. We do not distribute loans, credit cards, or any financial products directly. All loan services and credit offers aggregated and displayed within the App are officially provided by the following licensed banking partners ("Lenders"). You can review their respective privacy practices at the links provided:

We do not guarantee the approval of any financial products by these third-party Lenders.
2. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. When using the AI Contract Analyzer, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to process the documents you provide. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer the App, gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the App to transmit harmful code.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by MY POCKET PT LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without prior written consent.
4. Third-Party Services and Transactions
Any transaction, loan agreement, or application you enter into with a Lender found through the App is solely between you and that specific Lender (e.g., HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, etc.). We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from your agreements with these third-party Lenders.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MY POCKET PT LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of profits, or data loss, arising out of your use of or inability to use the App. We provide the App on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
6. Modifications to the App and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available within the App. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

1. सेवाओं की प्रकृति और ऋणदाता भागीदार
MY POCKET एक व्यक्तिगत वित्त उपयोगिता, अनुबंध विश्लेषण उपकरण और भारत में संचालित स्वतंत्र ऋण एकत्रक है।
ऋण अस्वीकरण: MY POCKET PT LTD ऋणदाता, बैंक या क्रेडिट जारीकर्ता नहीं है। हम सीधे ऋण, क्रेडिट कार्ड या कोई वित्तीय उत्पाद वितरित नहीं करते। ऐप के भीतर एकत्रित और प्रदर्शित सभी ऋण सेवाएँ और क्रेडिट ऑफ़र निम्नलिखित लाइसेंस प्राप्त बैंकिंग भागीदारों ("ऋणदाता") द्वारा आधिकारिक रूप से प्रदान किए जाते हैं। आप नीचे दिए गए लिंक पर उनकी गोपनीयता अभ्यासों की समीक्षा कर सकते हैं:

हम इन तृतीय-पक्ष ऋणदाताओं द्वारा किसी भी वित्तीय उत्पाद की स्वीकृति की गारंटी नहीं देते।
2. उपयोगकर्ता की जिम्मेदारियाँ
आप केवल कानूनी उद्देश्यों के लिए ऐप का उपयोग करने के लिए सहमत हैं। AI अनुबंध विश्लेषक का उपयोग करते समय, आप प्रतिनिधित्व और वारंटी करते हैं कि आपके पास आपके द्वारा प्रदान किए गए दस्तावेज़ों को संसाधित करने का कानूनी अधिकार है। आप ऐप का रिवर्स-इंजीनियर करने, हमारे सिस्टम तक अनधिकृत पहुँच प्राप्त करने या हानिकारक कोड प्रेषित करने के लिए ऐप का उपयोग करने का प्रयास नहीं करेंगे।
3. बौद्धिक संपदा
ऐप की सभी सामग्री, विशेषताएँ और कार्यक्षमता MY POCKET PT LTD के स्वामित्व में हैं और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कॉपीराइट, ट्रेडमार्क और अन्य बौद्धिक संपदा कानूनों द्वारा संरक्षित हैं। पूर्व लिखित सहमति के बिना आप हमारी बौद्धिक संपदा की प्रतिलिपि, संशोधन, वितरण या व्युत्पन्न कार्य नहीं बना सकते।
4. तृतीय-पक्ष सेवाएँ और लेनदेन
ऐप के माध्यम से मिले किसी ऋणदाता के साथ आप जो भी लेनदेन, ऋण अनुबंध या आवेदन करते हैं, वह केवल आप और उस विशिष्ट ऋणदाता (जैसे HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, इत्यादि) के बीच होता है। इन तृतीय-पक्ष ऋणदाताओं के साथ आपके समझौतों से उत्पन्न किसी भी हानि, नुकसान या विवाद के लिए हम जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं।
5. दायित्व की सीमा
लागू कानून द्वारा अनुमत अधिकतम सीमा तक, MY POCKET PT LTD ऐप के उपयोग या उपयोग में असमर्थता से उत्पन्न किसी भी अप्रत्यक्ष, आकस्मिक, परिणामी, विशेष या दंडात्मक नुकसान, जिसमें वित्तीय हानि, लाभ की हानि या डेटा हानि शामिल है लेकिन इन्हीं तक सीमित नहीं, के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा। हम ऐप को किसी भी प्रकार की वारंटी के बिना "जैसा है" और "जैसा उपलब्ध है" के आधार पर प्रदान करते हैं।
6. ऐप और शर्तों में संशोधन
हम बिना सूचना के किसी भी समय ऐप की किसी भी विशेषता को संशोधित, निलंबित या बंद करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं। हम समय-समय पर इन शर्तों को भी अद्यतन कर सकते हैं। वर्तमान संस्करण हमेशा ऐप के भीतर उपलब्ध होगा। किसी भी परिवर्तन के बाद ऐप का आपका निरंतर उपयोग संशोधित शर्तों की आपकी स्वीकृति बनाता है।
7. शासी कानून
इन शर्तों का शासन और व्याख्या इंग्लैंड और वेल्स के कानूनों के अनुसार की जाएगी, बिना इसके संघर्ष-कानून प्रावधानों पर विचार किए। इन शर्तों से उत्पन्न किसी भी विवाद इंग्लैंड और वेल्स की अदालतों के विशेष क्षेत्राधिकार के अधीन होंगे।
